PillTris is relatively simple to play. The goal of the game is to remove all of the viruses, which are on the screen when the game starts. You remove viruses using pills that drop into the top of the jar. To remove a virus or parts of pills, you have to align at least 4 of the same color either horizontally or vertically. When this happens, the pills and viruses dissolve, and remaining pills and pill pieces fall. The game or level is won when all viruses are dissolved. The game is lost when the pills stack up to the top of the jar.
